Computer Repair Services
I offer computer repair service only if you live in Peterborough, ON and know me personally.
THE FEE: 10 dollars cash each computer, each day. I work a maximum of 4 hours (2 pm to 4 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm) Monday to Sunday in July and August and 2 hours (2 pm to 4 pm) each Saturday and Sunday in September – June.
WHAT I CAN DO:
- Service software-related problems with Windows or Linux distributions
- Diagnose hardware-related problems
WHAT I NEED YOU TO DO BEFORE SERVICE:
If you do not do these things, I cannot take your money.

- Bring all CDs that correspond to software installed on the computer. The operating system is installed software too, please bring the CD for that too.
- Bring the desktop or laptop computer.
- Bring a written description of the problem you are having with your computer.
- Bring the fee.
WHAT I WILL NOT DO:
- Service hardware-related problems
- Go to your house or office to service computers. The overhead on that is pretty high, getting up to 55 percent. If you want on-site computer repair services, please go to United Computer Superstores.
