Hi all.
Well, my birthday is tomorrow. I am going to be 16 tomorrow. A lot of people will come to my birthday party… including one friend from school, my interpreter, and maybe my family.
I hope that everything goes by well tomorrow. I will be participating in Shutdown Day tomorrow…

When I came in, I had a long meeting with Employment Services of the CHS office I work at. I called them up on Friday regarding employment opportunities, and they were willing to meet me at 3:30 today. I answered a lot of questions… The end result is that they will help me look for a job, and will dial up the government regarding my job search…
Apart from the meeting, not much really happened, except that the office program assistant gave me a list of things to do for next week at the CHS office. I have to research on the Internet and collect contact data from web sites for audiologists, and so on in various areas.
In all, I think that today so far has been great. I thanked the CHS by phone.

Hi all.
Well, I’m excited because I’m starting volunteering today at the CHS…
… but on the other side of the coin, I’m upset and dismayed by what happened yesterday. At lunch, two friends tried to force me to use a sexually inappropriate symbol in front of my other friend. I guess I made a bad choice of friends, and probably will have to talk to these two bad friends soon enough (NOT avoid them). I think I will tell them about the “bad” peer pressure, why I don’t succumb to it as often as the two of them do, and that I think that they will get addicted to drugs (any type of drug) at this rate (seriously!). Oh well, it will all tide over soon enough.

I AM GOING TO BE VOLUNTEERING for my school hours at The Canadian Hearing Society every Tuesday and every other Thursday starting on Tuesday, March 20. My job is to do research and to computerize names and addresses from a list on paper.
But I will still be blogging as often as I can.
